For decades, Dr. Gonzalez has provided trusted, relationship-driven dental care to our community. As he and Monica begin thoughtfully adjusting their schedules and gradually reducing their days in the office, we want to reassure patients that Dr. Gonzalez remains actively involved in patient care and continues to oversee treatment planning and clinical excellence within our practice. His commitment to our patients remains unchanged.

Please Welcome Dr. Vipul Patel, DMD
General Dentist
Dr. Patel joins our team with extensive experience in comprehensive and advanced dental care.
Originally from North Attleboro, Massachusetts, Dr. Patel earned his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Tufts University before pursuing groundbreaking oral cancer research at Harvard University, where he published several papers in prestigious scientific journals. He went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine.
Following dental school, Dr. Patel completed his residency at St. Barnabas Hospital in Bronx, NY, where he gained advanced experience in:
- Dental implants (placement and restoration)
- Third molar (wisdom tooth) extractions
- Molar root canal therapy
- Cosmetic dentistry
He is an active member of the American Dental Association, Connecticut State Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, and the Middlesex County Dental Society.
Dr. Patel is deeply committed to continuing education and regularly pursues advanced training in implants, endodontics, and cosmetic dentistry. He also gives back to the community through Connecticut Mission of Mercy (CTMOM) and Give Kids a Smile. In addition, he serves as a board member of the Hispanic Alliance, supporting scholarships and mentorship in southeastern Connecticut.
When he’s not practicing dentistry, Dr. Patel enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, reading, playing basketball, and golfing.
Dr. Patel will work closely alongside Dr. Gonzalez to ensure seamless continuity of care and a smooth transition for every patient.

Orthodontics with Dr. Allison Greenberg, DDS
Board-Certified Orthodontist
Dr. Greenberg has been a board-certified orthodontist in Connecticut since 2019. She earned her dental degree from Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine and completed her orthodontic residency at the University of Michigan, where she refined her expertise in diagnosis and treatment planning.
She is passionate about creating customized orthodontic solutions and has provided care in underserved communities across the United States, Chile, and Ecuador. Outside of the office, she enjoys tennis, golf, cooking, traveling, and spending time with family.
Oral Surgery with Dr. Ethan Santore, DDS
Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon
Originally from Hudson Valley, NY, Dr. Santore completed the Scholars for Dental Medicine program at Stony Brook University, graduating summa cum laude before earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He specialized in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Yale New Haven Hospital, where he gained advanced training in complex surgical procedures.
Outside of work, Dr. Santore enjoys spending time with his fiancée, Alyssa, and their Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Fred.

Beginning in April, we will also welcome a pediatric dentist to care for our youngest smiles. This addition allows families to receive truly comprehensive dental care for every stage of life — from first baby teeth to full smile restoration — all in one trusted location.
